He’s hell on wheels.

A gunman, who appears to be confined to a wheelchair, was caught on video while firing his weapon on a Harlem street early Sunday morning, police said.

The suspect, wearing a black T-shirt and black jeans, can be seen arguing with several people near West 134th Street and Seventh Avenue at about 3:40 in the morning Sunday, cops said.

He then pulled a pistol and fired several shots at an unidentified target, according to cops.

The shooter missed his mark, and no one was injured in the melee, police said.

The gunman wheeled himself away from the scene and is still at large, cops said.
