NICKI Minaj's husband Kenneth Petty will get to be in the room when their child is born thanks to a judge granting his pretrial release conditions request.

According to TMZ, Kenneth submitted legal docs asking the judge to alter the terms of his pretrial release conditions so that he can travel with his famous wife on business as her manager, and more importantly to attend the birth of their little one.

Some of the terms of his original pretrial release included having a curfew and having his travel restricted to California.

However, the judge approved Kenneth's requested after the U.S. Attorney's Office and pretrial services office were all for it.

KENNETH Petty is a music industry professional who found himself in the spotlight after beginning his relationship with Nicki Minaj

The pair married in 2019 and are expecting their first child together in 2020.

Kenneth has a criminal past as in 1994, according to NYPD's Sex Offender Unit, he was arrested “sexual intercourse” with a minor.

Kenneth served between 18 and 54 months in a state prison, but it’s unclear how much time he actually served.

Kenneth, 42, has been dealing with the court system after being arrested for allegedly failing to register as a sex offender in the state of California when he moved to the West coast state with the Super Bass rapper, 37.

The music manager pleaded not guilty to failing to register as a sex offender, and a judge gave him the green light to surf the web.

Kenneth's sex offender status kicked off after his 1995 New York conviction for first-degree attempted rape.

Nicki and Kenneth tied the knot on October 21, 2019, and less than a year latter the hitmaker revealed that the pair were having their first child together.

Nicki took to Instagram earlier this month to share a pregnant photo of herself with the caption, "#Preggers."

Before beginning a relationship with Kenneth, Nicki dated fellow rapper Meek Mill from 2015 to 2017.

The former pair met back in 2010 in the studio when Meek collaborated on two of her songs on her album The Pinkprint.

The exes are not on good terms currently as earlier this year they were filmed shouting at each other at a high-end clothing store with Kenneth also present.

The video showed Meek being held back during the encounter and eventually escorted out of the store by his own security team.

Through it all you are able to hear Nicki and Ken's voices in the background.

Early risers take advantage of calm conditions to lead fog-delayed Scottish Open

Gemma Dryburgh’s alarm went off at 3:30 a.m., local time on Thursday as she was set to hit the first tee shot at the Aberdeen Standard Investments Ladies Scottish Open at 6:30 a.m. But eight minutes out from walking to the tee, officials delayed the event due to heavy fog. Tee times were ultimately delayed two hours at The Renaissance Club.

Dryburgh, who admittedly isn’t a morning person, got off to a hot start with five birdies in a six-hole stretch. The Scot, who is playing some of the best golf of career this summer, finished at 2-under 69, two strokes behind leader Nicole Broch Larsen.

“I just started using AimPoint at the start of this year,” said Dryburgh. “I think that’s really helped a lot just kind of focusing on a specific line, I think beforehand, like in the past, I’ve kind of always second-guessed myself.”

Play was suspended at 8:35 p.m., due to darkness, with 27 players (nine groups) yet to finish. The first round will resume at 8 a.m., on Friday, with the second round beginning on time at 6:30 a.m.

Broch Larsen, who also teed off in the morning’s calm conditions, had only 26 putts in her opening round. It’s her second start of the 2020 season. She tied for 21st at the ISPS Handa Women’s Australian Open.

“I’m a home person and I love being home. So to me, it’s definitely been a good period, even though I of course wanted to play tournament golf,” said Broch Larsen, who got engaged to boyfriend Kasper Estrup over the break. “For me personally, it’s been really good, and it’s not a different Nicole, but I feel like I’m in a better place and I felt that on the course today. I was more relaxed and whenever I hit a bad shot, I kind of moved on faster than normally.”

Five players are one shot back in a share of second: Amy Olson, Jennifer Song, Olivia Cowan, Emily Pedersen and Azahara Munoz.

Pedersen won on the ECCO Tour against the men in Denmark over the break, carding rounds of 66-67 to clip Oliver Suhr by one at Romo Golf Club and earn about $5,150. She also won an amateur event on the Danish Golf Union’s Elite Tour. In Denmark, pros are allowed to compete in amateur tournaments.

Danielle Kang, winner of the past two events in Toledo, opened with an even-par 71 and is tied for 22nd.

  • Brandon Beane confident extension ‘will come’ with Bills Bills head coach Sean McDermott signed a contract extension with the team on Wednesday. Now one could forecast that a contract extension for general manager Brandon Beane will eventually follow. According to the GM himself, there’s a huge likelihood that yes… his extension is en route…eventually. My day will come when it’s supposed to come, and that’s kind of my vision on it. I’m super happy here, but I’m just honestly focused on my job and what I can do to help Sean, help the staff, help us win, Brandon Beane told the Buffalo News SMG
  • Earl Thomas set up to be even better in 2nd year with Ravens At this time last year, safety Earl Thomas was still trying to learn the Ravens’ defense while rehabbing from a broken leg that ended his 2018 season early. A full year later and Thomas is not only healthy and has the playbook locked down, he looks to be in better shape too. Defensive coordinator Don Martindale has liked what he’s seen from Thomas throughout the ramp-up period of training camp. Though the pads haven’t come on yet, Martindale offered Thomas some big praise, saying he’s “getting ready to add another year to his Hall of Fame career". He’s coming in in great shape. SMG
