Miami police reported that they do not know what caused the shooting, the victim has refused to speak to detectives and they do not know what relationship exists with the alleged gunman.

The detainee was identified as Franco Rainuzzo, 27, charged with one count of premeditated murder, use of a firearm while committing a serious crime, one second degree robbery charge, and one other minor charge.

“The gunman entered Brikell Key Island, reached the 15th floor, confronted the victim, and began shooting at him and very fled fled the scene,” said Miami police spokesmen.

According to a police arrest report, Rainuzzo stole a sports vehicle from the valet parking in the building where he lives, security cameras helped identify him.

“It is clear that this man enters a car and runs away from the scene, the same person who was behind the wheel of the car, is the same person who entered the building that afternoon,” said the police spokeswoman for Miami, Kenya police. Fallat.

The police report notes that Rainuzzo wore a motorcycle helmet while committing the crime.

Kenia Fallat, a spokeswoman for the Miami police, assured that until now “we do not know what the reason behind the shooting is, because the victim decided not to speak to detectives, but we are waiting for the victim to recover.

The police have not revealed the identity of the victim, they have the testimony of a woman who witnessed the event and who apparently also recognized the alleged gunman.

According to the Miami police spokeswoman, the victim still remains in serious condition at Jackson Memorial Hospital.
