    SUPERIOR, Wis. — Divers recovered the body of a 6-year-old Duluth, Minn., boy on Wednesday evening after an extensive search of Lake Superior. Rescuers had searched the waters at the mouth of the Middle River in Douglas County for the missing boy, who had been playing in the water with his family when he disappeared. Lakeside Fire Chief Nova Nordrum said first responders were called to the scene at 1:39 p.m. on a report that two children were in the water. At 1:46 p.m., a 9-year-old girl had been pulled from the water and revived on shore. The boy was still missing.
