    TEXAS – An impressive video shot by a driver shows the moment when a vehicle passes by at high speed and in the opposite direction. According to the Royse City Police Department, the events occurred on Saturday, July 25, around 9:30 pm, on Highway IH 30, westbound, and near FM 2642. The driver was identified as Megan E. Smith, 32, of Royse City. Investigators indicated that he had collided with two vehicles, where one of them caught fire.
