    A new Netflix documentary is focusing on the courageous gymnasts who refused to be silent about the sexual abuse they endured at the hands of USA Gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar and the reporters who exposed the organization's toxic culture.   The first trailer for Athlete A features interviews with the IndyStar journalists who investigated the sexual abuse scandal and some of the athletes who bravely came forward, including Maggie Nichols, who was the first to report sexual abuse by Nassar to USA Gymnastics in 2015 and was initially referred to as 'Athlete A.'
