    Nearly half of the prison population at the Tucson Whetstone Unit have tested positive for COVID-19, according to the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry (ADCRR). The department issued a statement on Tuesday announcing that 517 inmates tested positive. JoEllen Smith is a spokeswoman for the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction.     PETALUMA (CBS SF) — A Petaluma firefighter who tested positive last week for the COVID-19 coronavirus plans to rejoin the Petaluma Fire Department next week, fire officials said Thursday.
