    One person died Thursday afternoon in a crash on Highway 4 in Discovery Bay, the California Highway Patrol said.     BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A 34-year-old man was killed in a shooting in east Baltimore Thursday morning, police said. The shooting happened around 6:30 a.m. in the 1800 block of North Rose Street.
